Device Warranty a. New Devices, End of Life Devices and other equipment, are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, a copy of which is available at the manufacturer’s website.

Device Warranty. 19.1. The warranty from date of purchase lies with the relevant manufacturer for the duration of the implied warranty period, depending on manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer terms and conditions.
Device Warranty. HealtheTech warrants to and for the benefit of Distributor only that all Products, as delivered pursuant to Section 6.2, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship in the course of normal use in compliance with the instructions in the User Documentation, for a period of fifteen (15) months after delivery to Distributor or subdistributors or twelve (12) months after commercial sale to an end-user customer, whichever is shorter, for BodyGem devices, and for Single Use Breathing Inserts (disposables) the warranty period shall be ninety (90) days after commercial sale to an end-user customer, unless local law in the Territory dictates a longer period by law, in which the warranty period shall be in accordance with that law but will not exceed twenty four (24) months after commercial sale to an end-user customer (the "Device Warranty Period"). HealtheTech will, at its own expense and as its sole obligation and Distributor's exclusive remedy for any breach of this warranty reported to HealtheTech by Distributor in writing during the Device Warranty Period, at its option, repair, replace or otherwise correct any Product that does not conform to the warranty set forth in this Section 10.1, provided that Distributor, at HealtheTech's request and Distributor's expense, returns the nonconforming Product to HealtheTech's plant; and such nonconformity is not the result of any use of the Products other than in strict accordance with HealtheTech's instructions and user manual.
Device Warranty. 6.1 Each device is expected to function for a year on the condition that the device remains connected to a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
Device Warranty. Regardless of the term of Subscription set forth in the Order Form, within twelve (12) months from Warranty Period Start Date, all Devices found to be defective in materials or workmanship or not performing as per specifications will be replaced free of charge (“Device Warranty”). The Device Warranty does not cover batteries which are covered in the following section.
Device Warranty. The oral device you purchased is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. In the event of unsatisfactory material performance, the repair or complete replacement of the device is covered. Most orthodontic, sleep and splint devices are warranted for 90 days. Cosmetic porcelain/resin restorations, alloy restorations, cast or flexible partial restorations and denture teeth will be warrantied for one years. Denture bases are warrantied for two years. Device Warranties do not include nor apply to cash refunds, temporary replacements, costs incurred for removal or reinsertion, costs incurred by another laboratory, devices that have been previously repaired or altered from new, device damage or ill-fit due to accident, neglect or abuse, supporting bone, tooth or tissue failure, dental changes or improper oral hygiene. To validate the Device Warranty, the following conditions must be met:
Device Warranty. Elemental Machines warrants to Customer that, during the Order Term and successive Renewal Terms, Devices will be free from material defects and will substantially conform to applicable documentation. The foregoing warranties do not cover damage to the Devices (or any part thereof) due to problems caused by (a) Customer’s negligence, abuse or misapplication, (b) other external causes (including, without limitation, third party hardware or software, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing or modifications not authorized by Company), or (c) usage not in accordance with Elemental Machines’ documentation (collectively, “Warranty Exclusions”). Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Elemental Machines’ sole and exclusive obligation, for breach of the foregoing warranties, is to require Elemental Machines, at Elemental Machines’ option, to repair or replace the Device. For any breaches of the foregoing warranties, Elemental Machines shall pay all costs (including shipping costs) associated with: (y) the return of Devices back to Elemental Machines and (z) the shipment of the repaired or replaced Devices to Customer. If a Device is damaged due to a Warranty Exclusion, Customer shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of the Device (including all shipping costs).

Device Warranty. 6.1. All devices have a 6-month warranty period, provided they are connected to a UPS. A device will receive a free replacement or repair if it becomes damaged or faulty within the warranty period.

Device Warranty. CCM warrants that the Device will be free from material defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the ship date (Warranty Period). Customer’s sole remedy and CCM’s sole liability for a breach of this Device warranty is to repair or replace the Device with a new or factory-recertified Device. No more than three (3) replacements of the Device are allowed. Customer must notify CCM of the breach of warranty within 5 days of the expiration of the Warranty Period, and CCM requires materially defective Devices to be returned to CCM for warranty replacement. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE DEVICE (A) IS USED WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS DEVICE; (B) IS USED WITH AN UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY (UPS) UNIT OR PLUGGED DIRECTLY INTO A WALL OUTLET WITHOUT SURGE PROTECTION; (C) IS USED FOR ANY UNAPPROVED COMMERCIAL PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STRIP CLUBS, KARAOKE, LIVE MUSIC, AND BY DISC JOCKEYS; (D) IS MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH; (E) IS LOADED WITH OR CONFIGURED WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN THE NATIVE FIRMWARE, CCM SOFTWARE, AND ROYALTY FREE MUSIC; (F) IS DAMAGED BY ACTS OF GOD, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, WEAR AND TEAR, UNREASONABLE USE, OR BY CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP; OR (G) HAS HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED.
