Common use of Device Warranty Clause in Contracts

Device Warranty. a. New Devices, End of Life Devices and other equipment, are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, a copy of which is available at the manufacturer’s website. b. Lightly Loved and Refurbished Devices are final sale and do not carry a manufacturer’s warranty. You can exchange, subject to Device availability, a defective Device within the trial period at the same Shaw Store the Device was purchased from, provided the Device is free from physical damage and is accompanied by the packaging and accessories provided, along with the original sales receipt. Except as required by law, we do not offer, and expressly disclaim, any representation, warranty or condition in respect of Devices or equipment, whether express or implied, and have no obligation or liability in respect of Devices or equipment.
