Devote Efforts. 3.1 The Interim President shall use best efforts to carry out the duties and responsibilities required by this Agreement and to faithfully, industriously, and with maximum application of experience, ability, and talent devote her full professional attention and energies to the duties as interim president of the University.
3.2 The Interim President’s service will be rendered at the University’s campus in Corvallis, Oregon and at such other place or places as the Board and the Interim President deem appropriate for the interest, needs, business or opportunity of the University.
Devote Efforts. Devotion of Coach's best, ongoing, and exclusive efforts to performance of all duties and responsibilities contemplated by the Agreement in a timely, thorough, constructive, cooperative and positive manner.
