DEVOTING OF ENTIRE TIME TO COMPANY'S BUSINESS. Executive shall devote his entire business time, energy, and attention to the business of the Company during the term hereof. Executive shall not directly or indirectly render any services of a business, commercial, or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Board of Directors of the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section shall not preclude Executive from devoting his time and energies in connection with the management of his personal investments and his participation in not-for-profit activities.
