Common use of Diagnostic and Treatment Services Clause in Contracts

Diagnostic and Treatment Services. 4.7.5.1 If a suspected problem is detected by a screening examination as described above, the child shall be evaluated as necessary for further diagnosis. This diagnosis is used to determine treatment needs. 4.7.5.2 Health Check requires coverage for all follow-up diagnostic and treatment services deemed Medically Necessary to ameliorate or correct a problem discovered during a Health Check screen.
