Diagnostic Tests. Tests used to determine the overall health of your pet. Diagnostic tests can be used as a way to detect certain abnormalities, validate the current health of your pet or help to thoroughly evaluate an older pet before problems surface.

Diagnostic Tests. In-hospital physician care.

Diagnostic Tests. All outpatient diagnostic tests necessary for the provision of the services outlined in items 1 - 4 above, including the technical and professional services for laboratory, diagnostic x-ray, preadmission testing, nuclear medicine, ultrasounds, CT and NMR scans, angiograms and other major diagnostic imaging, electrodiagnostic services, pulmonary function and cardiac testing and other outpatient diagnostic procedures.

Diagnostic Tests. Roche will not Develop any in vitro diagnostic tests or products for use with any Licensed Product except as set forth in the Joint Global Development Plan or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

Diagnostic Tests. Your recognition will only extend to diagnostic tests if you have completed and signed up to undertake Outpatient diagnostic tests, (“Diagnostic Tests), in Section 6 and 6.1 of your Application Form. You agree that you will only perform those Diagnostic Tests at the facilities stated. Charging for Diagnostic Tests without an agreement, will not be paid and may lead to the loss of your Bupa recognition. You are obliged to inform the hospital or facility where you see patients and perform diagnostic tests at the hospital/facility if you intend to bill for the performance of any Diagnostic Tests. For the avoidance of doubt, you and the facility/hospital will not submit invoices for the provision of the same tests to the same patient on the same day and where such circumstances apply, this will be treated as an overpayment under Paragraph 5 below. Diagnostic Tests. Your recognition will only extend to diagnostic tests if these have been specifically included in Schedule 2 to this Agreement (“Diagnostic Tests”), and you agree that you will only perform those Diagnostic Tests at the facilities listed in Schedule 1. You agree that we will only pay for Diagnostic Tests listed at Schedule 2 which have been carried out by you in accordance with this Agreement. Charges to Bupa for any diagnostic tests which have not been included in Schedule 2 will not be paid and may lead to the loss of your Bupa recognition. You are obliged to inform the hospital or facility where you see patients and perform diagnostic tests at the hospital/facility if you intend to bill for the performance of any Diagnostic Tests. For the avoidance of doubt, you and the facility/hospital will not submit invoices for the provision of the same tests to the same patient on the same day and where such circumstances apply, this will be treated as an overpayment under Paragraph 5 below.
