Classification Changes When the University determines that a revision of a class specification for positions covered by this agreement is needed, and such revision affects the collective bargaining unit designation, the University shall notify AFSCME in writing of the proposed change. AFSCME shall notify the University, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the proposed changes, of any comments it has concerning the proposed changes or of its desire to discuss the proposed changes.
Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, which may be used for goods and works. Particular Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works International Competitive Bidding. Goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
