Common use of Diligent Action by City Clause in Contracts

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 (a) Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 (b) Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 7.2.1. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer MINI of Santa Xxxxxx with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 7.2.2. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 7.2.1. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. Without limiting the foregoing, the City shall complete first plan check within six weeks of submittal and complete review of each resubmittal within three weeks of receipt. 7.2.2 7.2.2. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer School with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 (a) Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.37.2(a) below, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 (b) Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.37.2(b) below, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications.

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications. 7.2.3 The Residential Buildings shall be entitled to receive the priority building department plan check processing permitted under SMMC Section 9.56.050(j).
