Common use of Diligent Action by City Clause in Contracts

Diligent Action by City. 7.2.1 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall accept the Technical Permit Applications filed by Developer with the City and shall diligently proceed to process such Technical Permit Applications to completion. 7.2.2 Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 7.3, the City shall diligently issue the Technical City Permits which are the subject of the Technical Permit Applications. 7.2.3 In accordance with SMMC Section 9.56.050(j), the Project shall receive priority building department plan check processing by which housing developments shall have plan check review in advance of other pending developments to the extent authorized by law.
