Common use of Diligent Commercialization Clause in Contracts

Diligent Commercialization. Licensee by itself or through its Affiliates and Sublicensees will use reasonably diligent efforts to manufacture, have manufactured, use, offer for Sale, Sell and/or import Licensed Products and/or Licensed Service (as applicable) in the Field within the Territory. The efforts of an Affiliate or Sublicensee will be considered the efforts of Licensee for purposes of this Section 2.4.

Diligent Commercialization. Licensee by Licensee, itself or through its Affiliates and Sublicensees and/or Sublicensees, will use reasonably diligent efforts to manufacture, have manufactured, use, offer for Sale, Sell and/or import the Licensed Products and/or Licensed Service Science (as applicable) in the Field within the Territory. The efforts of an Affiliate or Sublicensee will be considered the efforts of Licensee for purposes of this Section 2.4.

Diligent Commercialization.
