Diligent Work. VDOT shall complete or perform or cause to be completed or performed all work relating to the Project, as described in Appendix A, advancing such work diligently and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with (i) any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations (“Applicable Law”), and (ii) all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Project Budget and Project Schedule reflected in Appendices A & B.
Diligent Work. The Consultant agrees to proceed diligently and in accordance with its usual course and manner of business.
