Diminution of Light. AIR OR VIEW. Tenant covenants and agrees that no diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which may be hereafter erected (whether or not by Landlord) shall in any way affect his Lease, entitle Tenant to any reduction of rent hereunder or result in any liability of Landlord or Tenant.
