DIP Orders. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered the DIP Orders approving this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender. The DIP Orders shall be in full force and effect and shall not have been reversed, modified, amended or stayed (other than with prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender’s sole discretion).
