DIRECT ACQUISITION AND ASSISTED ACQUISITION. ‌ For purposes of this contract, Direct Acquisition is defined as whenever an outside agency, other than GSA, places a Task Order against the GSA GWAC. Whenever GSA conducts an acquisition on behalf of another agency, or within GSA, using the GSA GWAC, this is termed Assisted Acquisition.
