Common use of Direct Award Clause in Contracts

Direct Award. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. 1 Quality (including delivery time, sales service, good value, accessories, service fitness for purpose) 70% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying a variance level to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15%) 2 Price (life cycle costs, cost effectiveness & price; price and running costs) 30% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying a variance level to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15%) 

Direct Award. 1. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. Criteria Number Criteria Percentage Weightings to be set by the Contracting Authority conducting the direct award 1 Quality (including delivery time, sales service, good value, accessories, service fitness for purpose) 7080% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying a variance level percentage weighting to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15using a variance level of -/+ 10%) 2 Price (life cycle costs, cost effectiveness & price; price and running costs) 3020% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying a variance level percentage weighting to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15using a variance level of -/+ 10%) )

Direct Award. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. 1 Price (life cycle costs, cost effectiveness & price; price and running costs) 40-90% 2 Technical merit; coverage, network capacity and performance as specified in relevant service levels 0-20% 3 Quality (including delivery time, sales service, good value, accessories, service fitness for purpose) 7040-90% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying 4 Help desk, account management function and assurance of supply of a variance level to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15%) 2 Price (life cycle costs, cost effectiveness & price; price range of devices and running costs) 30good value accessories 0-20% (The Contracting Authorities can modify the Criteria Weighting by applying a variance level to meet their requirements i.e. +/- 15%)
