Direct Award. The following criteria and weightings shall be applied to the Framework Suppliers' compliant tenders submitted through direct award. Category Requirements To meet GPS’s strategic requirements as detailed in the supplier charter and the Centralised Procurement Strategic Category Objectives: Category MI, Transparency, Savings, Standardisation, SME visibility etc. 5% Technical Merit, Framework Support Requirements Provide overarching requirements around: Contract Management, Provision of user guides, Contract MI Reporting, Performance Monitoring, Incident Reporting, Security, Personnel, Business Continuity and Vehicles. 10% Technical Merit, Lots 1 - 7 To provide the following:  the use of formal operating policies;  fit for purpose secure consumables;  physical premises & vehicle security;  business continuity/contingency; and  achieving agreed service levels & KPI’s Alongside the general questions, service provision has been tailored to reflect the type of lot characteristics (security, coverage, protection,) 30% Environmental Characteristics To meet GPS’s environmental considerations. 5% Cost Effectiveness. Provide a cost effective service. 50% The following criteria shall be applied to the Services set out in the Framework Service Providers' compliant tenders submitted through the Further Competition Procedure: Category Requirements To meet GPS’s strategic requirements as detailed in the supplier charter and the Centralised Procurement Strategic Category Objectives: Category MI, Transparency, Savings, Standardisation, SME visibility etc. To be confirmed at Call Off stage Technical Merit, Framework Support Requirements Provide overarching requirements around: Contract Management, Provision of user guides, Contract MI Reporting, Performance Monitoring, Incident Reporting, Security, Personnel, Business Continuity and Vehicles.
