Common use of Direct Pay Terminations Clause in Contracts

Direct Pay Terminations. The CONTRACTOR must provide One thousand ($1,000) dollars per BUSINESS DAY for which the standard is not met written notification to the DEPARTMENT within five (5) BUSINESS DAYS of receiving notice of cancellation from the SUBSCRIBER or within one (1) month of the effective date of termination due to non- payment of premium, whichever occurs first.
