Common use of Direct Payment by Producer Clause in Contracts

Direct Payment by Producer. The Producer may make direct payment from the sale proceeds of Eligible Agricultural Products, or in amounts equivalent to the market value of disposed Eligible Agricultural Products, in an amount no less than the minimum payment referred to in subclause 3.4(b) above, and within the time periods stipulated in clause 3.4(a) above;
