Common use of Directing Certificateholder Contact with Servicer Clause in Contracts

Directing Certificateholder Contact with Servicer. No less often than on a monthly basis, each of the Servicer and the Special Servicer shall, without charge, make a knowledgeable Servicing Officer available to answer questions from the Directing Certificateholder regarding the performance and servicing of the Mortgage Loans and/or REO Properties for which the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, is responsible.

No less often than on a monthly basis, each of the Servicer and the Special Servicer shall, without charge, make a knowledgeable Servicing Officer available available, during normal business hours and upon receiving reasonable advance notice, to answer questions from the Directing Certificateholder regarding the performance and servicing of the Mortgage Loans and/or REO Properties for which the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, is responsibleresponsible and, in connection therewith, the Servicer may require the Directing Certificateholder to enter into a confidentiality agreement.
