Common use of Direction to Servicer Clause in Contracts

Direction to Servicer. Under each Titling Company LLC Agreement, the applicable Titling Company directs the Servicer to deliver any notices required to be delivered to the applicable Titling Company under the applicable Titling Company LLC Agreement for the assignment or reallocation of Leases or Leased Vehicles from the related Collateral Specified Interest. If Ford Credit is the Servicer, the notices will be considered given when the assignment or reallocation of a Lease and Leased Vehicle is reflected on the books and records of the Titling Company.

Direction to Servicer.
