The requirements of this section must be included in all subawards including all contracts and purchase orders for work or products under this award.   • Other References Apart from this FSA, the Service Operator should also comply with the requirements / commitments set out in the respective Service Specification, and the Service Operator’s proposals and supplementary information, if any. Where these documents are in conflict, this FSA shall prevail. The Service Operator’s compliance with all these documents will be closely monitored by SWD.

  • Governing Terms Section 2.2 is amended by deleting the last sentence of the section and replacing it with the following: “Any inconsistency between any terms of this Master Agreement and any terms of the Confirmation Agreement or terms of the Collateral Annex, as may be modified in this Confirmation Agreement, shall be resolved in favor of the terms of this Confirmation Agreement or such Collateral Annex.”.
