Bank Accounts definition

Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).
Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Fund and/ or the respective Allocation Plan(s) by the Trustee at the instruction of the Management Company at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which the Unit Holder(s) shall invest in.

  • Assignor shall, no later than seventy-two(72) hours after receipt of instruction from Assignee, remit the cash proceeds of collected Receivables deposited into the Bank Accounts to the designated accounts of Assignee.

  • In addition, all Records of the Bank Accounts will be subject to audit and shall be retained by Assignor.

More Definitions of Bank Accounts

Bank Accounts means the Issuer’s bank accounts operated and/or maintained by or on behalf of the Issuer from time to time.
