Common use of Directors are Synonymous with Managers Clause in Contracts

Directors are Synonymous with Managers. The Directors are synonymous with, and shall be deemed for all purposes to be the same as, "managers" for purposes of the Iowa Act, the Certificate of Organization and this Agreement. The Directors may sign any and all agreements, documents or instruments utilizing the title of either "Director" or "Manager". Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Directors may be referred to as "directors" or "managers" in any reports or other documents required to be filed by the Company or any Director with any governmental or regulatory authority, including the Securities and Exchange Commission.
