DIRECTOR'S AUTHORITY. The Director is authorized by County's Board of Supervisors to order changes or additions in the work where the cost of such change does not exceed the limits specified in Public Contract Code Section 20142. Only the Board of Supervisors may approve changes greater than those limits.
