Common use of DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS Clause in Contracts

DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS. No director, employee or agent of the Agent nor the Arranger will be liable to a Lender or the Borrower or the Guarantor in relation to the Facility. Each Lender, the Borrower and the Guarantor agrees not to seek to impose this liability upon them.
