Common use of Directors’ Expenses Clause in Contracts

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them in connection with attendance at all meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Board) and the board of directors of each of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them in connection with attendance at all meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Board) and the board of directors of each of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company).

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on members of the Board designated by holders of the Preferred Stock for all reasonable expenses, including, without limitation, travel and documented out-of-pocket expenses lodging expenses, incurred by them in connection with attendance at all attending meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Boardthereof) and any other meetings or events attended at the board of directors of each request of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company Corporation shall reimburse each of its directors for the directors on the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them such director in connection with attendance at all attending meetings of the Board (including of Directors or any meetings of committees committee thereof and for otherwise fulfilling his fiduciary obligations as a director of the Board) and the board of directors of each of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the CompanyCorporation.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them in connection with their attendance or participation at all Board meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Board) and the board of directors of each of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the CompanyCompany related business.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on Members of the Board of Directors shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them in connection with attendance at all meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Board) and the board of their service as directors of each of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company.

The Company shall reimburse the directors on members of the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-out of pocket expenses incurred by them (i) associated with Board or Committee meeting attendance and (ii) for conducting other pre-approved Company business in connection with attendance at all meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of the Board) and the board of directors of each such person’s capacity as a director of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company.

Directors’ Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the directors on each member of the Board for all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket expenses incurred by them the director to attend board meetings and any other expenses incurred in connection with attendance at all meetings of the Board (including any meetings of committees of Company's business approved by the Board) and the board of directors of each Chief Executive Officer or President of the Company’s subsidiaries (including any meetings of committees thereof) or attending to other matters requested by the Company.
