Board Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the nonemployee directors for all reasonable out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred in connection with attending meetings of the Board of Directors.
Board Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the non-employee directors for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred (consistent with the Company’s policies) in connection with their role as a director of the Company.
Board Expenses. The Company shall pay all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by each Director in connection with attending regular and special meetings of the Board and any committee thereof, and any such meetings of the board of directors of any Subsidiary of the Company and any committee thereof.

The Company will reimburse members of the Board of Directors of the Company and any official observers for reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with attendance at Board meetings and otherwise in connection with attention to their duties on the Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company shall reimburse the non-employee members of the Board and Investor Board observers for all reasonable out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred in connection with attending meetings of the Board (and any committee thereof), as well as any other expenses approved by the Board in connection with their work on behalf of the Company.

The Company will pay reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable air fare and hotel expenses) of non-employee members of the Board in connection with attendance at meetings of the Board upon presentation to the Company of an itemized accounting of such expenses with reasonable supporting data.
Board Expenses. The Company shall reimburse each non-employee member of the Board for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including, but not limited to, travel and lodging for attending meetings of the Board (or committees thereof). Such reimbursement shall be paid within thirty (30) days of submission of written request for reimbursement providing reasonable detail as to the expenses for which reimbursement is sought.
Board Expenses. The Company shall pay the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by each director in connection with attending the meetings of the Board and any committee thereof, and each Board member shall otherwise be compensated as determined from time to time by the Board. The Company shall use its best efforts to obtain and to maintain directors and officers indemnity insurance coverage at a commercially reasonable price, and the Company's articles of incorporation and bylaws shall provide for indemnification and exculpation of directors to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Board Expenses. Expenses for Board of Directors members shall be paid by the Union. Expenses incurred by Officers, Board of Directors members, Board Committees and Committee members, and those serving on such Union bodies, as well as those officers and agents of all Subordinate Union bodies, shall be reimbursed in the manner set forth in the State By-Laws Article II, Section 1(E). No expenses for Board of Directors or officers shall be paid with- out a receipt or adequate explanation in writing. Records of expenses for Board of Directors and officers shall be retained on file at OCSEA’s Central Office for members’ viewing during normal business hours.
