Directors & Officers/Employment Practices Liability Policy. A directors & officers/employment practices liability insurance policy in an amount not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence and in the aggregate, naming Tenant as the insured, with a self-insured retention not to exceed One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per loss, unless such retention is lower than what is available on commercially reasonable terms and, so long as the higher retention meets the Insurance Standard, Tenant shall be entitled to maintain the retention that is available on commercially reasonable terms, and affording protection against liability arising out of, and indemnification for, claims or losses incurred from wrongful employment-related acts or practices by Tenant or any other operator of the Leased Premises, including violation of any Applicable Laws regarding employment practices, resulting from, or in connection with, the employment of Persons for the use, operation or occupancy of the Leased Premises and containing provisions for severability of interests.

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.
