Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. 3.1 Either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance services (DA), IntraLATA operator call completion services (0S), and/or directory assistance listings database. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. Verizon shall provide branded or unbranded DA/OS service to Z-Tel in accordance with applicable law and the rulings and orders of the relevant Commission and the FCC. 3.2 Z-Tel shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.

Verizon Any unbranding or BTI branding provided under such agreement shall provide branded or unbranded DA/OS service to Zbe conditioned on BTI's use of dedicated trunk groups and/or SS7 CIC-Tel in accordance with applicable law and the rulings and orders of the relevant Commission and the FCCtriggering for branding. 3.2 Z-Tel BTI shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to and from the designated DA and OS switch locations.
