Those telephone directories may include customer names, addresses and telephone numbers, without restriction as to their use. WOW! also makes customer information available at a charge through directory assistance operators. WOW! may also provide customer names, addresses and telephone numbers to unaffiliated directory publishers and directory assistance providers for their use in creating directories and offering directory assistance services. Name, address, and telephone information in telephone directories is not currently protected by copyrights and may be sorted, packaged, repackaged and made available again in different formats by anyone. WOW! takes reasonable precautions to ensure that non-published and non-listed numbers are not included in telephone directories or directory assistance services, although WOW! does not guarantee against errors. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE WOW! ENTITIES FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY DIRECTORY LISTINGS OR PUBLICATIONS (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FAILING TO PUBLISH A LISTING OR PUBLISHING AN “UNLISTED” LISTING) IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO WOW! TO LIST, PUBLISH, NOT LIST, OR NOT PUBLISH THE INFORMATION FOR THE AFFECTED LISTING. CUSTOMER AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE WOW! Enhanced Directory Listings. In some markets, WOW! may offer an Enhanced Directory Listings service. In order to use the service, you must agree to the additional terms of the WOW! Enhanced Directory Listings End User License Agreement (XXXX) and any applicable terms imposed by Neustar, which govern your use of the service. The XXXX is available for your review at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxxxxx. The Enhanced Directory Listings service is powered by Neustar Digital Listings, a third party service provider not affiliated with WOW!. The service may be subject to additional terms, conditions, limitations, requirements and restrictions of Neustar, which may be modified from time to time by Neustar. The service: (a) captures specific information regarding a business, including where applicable the physical location of the business, the business telephone number, the information about the business related to products sold, services provided, and brands carried (Your "Listings"), (b) allows You to claim Listings; (c) allows You to submit Listings that are optimized for best results; (d) identifies each submitted Listing as a managed Listing for online search platform prioritization;
