Directory. To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

Directory. Any bulletin board, directory or monument sign for Building tenants shall be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of Building tenants only and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names. Landlord reserves the right to review and approve all signage and directory listings. Tenant shall pay Landlord’s reasonable charges for changing any directory listing at Tenant’s request.
Directory. The Lessor shall provide a standard directory sign in the lobby and corresponding floors of the building and allocate appropriate places for the Lessee to add its name thereon according to unified font or character standards designated by the Lessor, the first installation of which will be free of charge.
Directory. TxDOT maintains a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as DBEs. The directory lists the firm’s name, address, phone number, date of the most recent certification, and the type of work the firm has been certified to perform as a DBE. We revise the Directory on a weekly basis. The TUCP Certifying Partners agree that TxDOT will serve as the TUCP directory manager. The directory manager will be responsible for the following actions: • Input all data and make any corrections, additions and/or deletions upon receipt of information from the Certifying TUCP Partners; • Maintain and keep the DBE directory current; • Make the DBE directory available to all TUCP Partners and other interested parties; • Maintain the TUCP directory website at xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx see Attachment 5 for sample.
Directory. When the name on the directory of the building is changed upon the request of the Lessee, the Lessee shall pay the expenses for installation, repair, change or replacement of the Lessee’s name on the directory.
Directory. The bulletin board or directory of the Building will be provided exclusively for the display of the name and location of tenants and Landlord reserves the right to exclude any other names therefrom.
Directory. The lobby shall contain a computerized directory for the Center wherein the Building’s tenants shall be listed with a capacity for up to 25 listings per floor for Tenant and others permitted to occupy the Premises hereunder. Tenant shall be entitled to a proportionate share of such listings based on the rentable square footage of the Premises. From time to time, but not more frequently than monthly, Landlord shall reprogram the computerized directory for the Center to reflect such changes in the listings therein as Tenant shall request. In addition, the lobby may contain a directory of tenants and Tenant shall be entitled to have its name listed thereon.
Directory. Landlord shall maintain a directory of office tenants in the lobby area of the Building, on which shall be listed the name of Tenant, at no charge to Tenant. In the event Landlord permits Tenant to add more names to the directory (which Landlord may grant or deny in its sole discretion), Tenant shall pay the actual cost of lobby directory signage over an allowance of one (1) directory space per Tenant.
