DIRECTV CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS. If the customer transaction for a DIRECTV System Component is a sale, Contractor shall, on DIRECTV’s behalf, deliver to the DIRECTV Customer all applicable warranty, user, and title documents, as DIRECTV may prescribe. DIRECTV may set and change the price and other terms of sale in its discretion, and shall bear all risk of collection. In no event may Contractor collect any money or payments from the DIRECTV Customer which are to be payable to DIRECTV, unless DIRECTV otherwise requests in writing.
