Dirty Money. A premium allowance of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees in trades, helper or apprentice classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that the minimum time shall be one half (½) hour.
Dirty Money. Dirty Money at one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour will be paid to employees doing the following work:
(a) Cleaning domestic hot water tanks
(b) Rebricking boilers
(c) Cleaning fuel tanks
(d) Spray painting
(e) While exposed to raw sewage (f) Toxic chemicals
Dirty Money. The following shall apply to employees noted below: Except for plumbers, plumber's helpers and plumber's apprentices, a premium allowance of $1.05 per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees in trades, helper or apprentice classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to Mobile Employees
(a) All employees designated "mobile" shall receive a monthly payment of $42.45 in addition to their regular monthly salary.
Dirty Money. The following shall apply to employees in classifications listed in Appendix 2:
(a) Except for plumbers, plumber's helpers and plumber's apprentices, a premium allowance of $1.05 per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees in trades, helper or apprentice classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that the minimum time shall be one-half hour.
(b) A premium allowance of 70¢ per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees required to handle soiled laundry. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time exposed; except that the minimum time shall be one-half hour.
Dirty Money. Effective the date of ratification of this Agreement between the Parties a premium allowance of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees required to work
Dirty Money. A premium allowance of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour shall be paid in addition to regular rates of pay to employees in trades, helper or apprentice classifications required to work in areas contaminated with sewage. Premium allowance shall apply to actual time while exposed, except that the minimum time shall be one-half (½) hour. Effective August 16, 2013 the Dirty Money allowance will be increased to eighty-three cents (83¢) per hour.
Dirty Money. The following application of “dirty money” payment shall apply within the Laboratory Services Section of Department 341:
Dirty Money. A premium of fifteen (15) cents per hour above the base rate will be paid for the following jobs:
1. Cleaning out inside Lime Kiln.
2. Cleaning out inside Liquor Tanks.
3. Handling quick lime.
4. Cleaning out Lime Xxxxxx, Lime Elevator Pit or Lime Mud Storage Tanks.
5. Cleaning out inside furnace and boiler in Power and Recovery Boilers.
6. Cleaning out Precipitator.
7. Dumping alum at Filter Plant.
8. Acid Cleaning floors.
9. Oil spills in harbour.
10. Dumping talc in Bleach Plant.
11. Filling and dumping of lime barrels in Recaust.
12. Retrieving dead heads in mud flats in low tides.
13. Addition of brightening agents to Groundwood Stock Chest.
14. Shoveling Lime Rock.
Dirty Money. Premium of eight percent (8%) per hour worked. Not applicable when part of normal duties for classification.
Dirty Money. A one dollar ($1.00) per hour differential “Dirty Money” over base rate for time actually spent inside a boiler performing boiler cleaning and scaling work or the performance of such work outside the boiler proper. In addition, the one dollar ($1.00) per hour differential shall apply to work performed on the inside of the door and door seals of the boiler after the boiler has been opened. Such differential shall not be applicable to any other work in the area of a boiler which has been shut down for cleaning purposes. “Dirty Money” at the same rate will be paid for employees required to work on broken process sewer lines, Oberlin Filters, DE Filters, Drum Screen and Presses, and Brine Systems.
