Common use of Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Disabilities. β€Œ The Examination Board may grant students with a disability an extension to the standard length of the interim examination or partial examination and/or allow them to use examination aids. Students with a disability who would like to seek modifications to the assessment procedure must submit a substantiated request to this effect to the Examination Board. This request must be accompanied by a recommendation from the student counsellor. See also: Studying with a disability.
