Common use of Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Disabilities. 66. The parties agree that they are required to provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities in order to comply with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) and all other applicable federal, state and local disability anti-discrimination statutes and further agree that this Memorandum will not be interpreted, administered or applied in any manner which is inconsistent with said statutes. The City reserves the right to take any action necessary to comply therewith.
