Disability Benefits; Additional Benefits. Long term disability benefits are provided to all residents upon hire with short-term disability benefits available on the first day of the month following the Resident’s date of employment. Details regarding disability and certain additional benefits are set forth in the Benefit Booklet. There may be cost sharing of the premium expense for certain disability and additional benefits as set forth in the Benefit Booklet.
