Common use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Assurance Clause in Contracts

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Assurance. The Consultant or subconsultant shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Agreement. The Consultant shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR 26 in all subconsultant contract documents. Failure by the Consultant to carry out these requirements may be a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in remedies as provided in Section 31 a. (iv) – Breach of Agreement.
