Common use of Disallowance of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Disallowance of Expenses. If the Agency disallows costs for which payment has not yet been made, it shall refuse to pay such costs. If payment has been made with respect to costs which are subsequently disallowed, the Agency may deduct and/or withhold the amount of disallowed costs from any future payments under this Agreement or require that such costs be refunded to the Agency.
