National Objective. Slum and blight: Acquisition and demolition of vacant and foreclosed homes that meet the NSP definition of slum and blight. After acquisition and demolition, the property will be placed in a land bank established by the CITY for the purposes of holding the properties vacated by actions under this grant for up to 10 years or until redeveloped.
National Objective. This Project is funded with CDBG-NDR Funds, shall meet HUD’s LMI National Objective, and the Developer, itself, is obligated, and is also obligated to cause the Partnership, to fulfill this National Objective. National Objective. The National Objective will be met by 1) the rehabilitation and construction of new space for the COTS Daystation which will serve 100 homeless persons who are presumed to be LMI; and 2) the construction of 14 new perpetually affordable rental housing units for homeless individuals or those in danger of eviction. All of the 14 units will be perpetually affordable serving 14 households with low to moderate income households earning between 30% and 50% of median income. The project will benefit a total of 114 persons and/or households of low and moderate income. Activity National Objective Performance Indicator(s)
National Objective. The activities carried out under this Agreement will meet Low- Moderate-Income Limited Clientele Eligibility 24 CFR 570.208(a)(2)(i)(B). The grantee will retain information on file on family size and income so that it is evident that at least 51 percent of the clientele are persons whose family income does not exceed the low and moderate income limit.

Section 6-A shall be used for all CDBG-DR funded activities associated with the Low- and Moderate-Income National Objective and subcategories therein. Column B. Total Beneficiaries Cumulative Enter the actual beneficiary data (based off the national objective completed) assisted during the life of the contract period. Use the sum of current and all previous reporting periods. LMI Area Benefit (LMA) Only complete this section once all project activities have been completed. These numbers should align with the beneficiary data identified in the contract between the Department and the grantee LMI Limited Clientele (LMC) Depending on the activity:  Job Training: Complete this section as LMI individuals are enrolled into the program. At least 51 percent of the clientele are persons whose family income is considered LMI. LMI Jobs (LMJ) Complete this section when a beneficiary’s job is created/retained. SECTION 6-B. SLUM & BLIGHT
