National Objective. You will perform the Services hereunder in a manner that complies with a criterion for national objectives described in 24 CFR § 570.208.
National Objective. All activities funded with CDGB funds must meet one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives: benefit low- and moderate-income persons; aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight; or meet community development needs having a particular urgency, as defined in 24 CFR 570.208.
National Objective. Slum and blight: Acquisition and demolition of vacant and foreclosed homes that meet the NSP definition of slum and blight. After acquisition and demolition, the property will be placed in a land bank established by the CITY for the purposes of holding the properties vacated by actions under this grant for up to 10 years or until redeveloped.

National Objective. The National Objective will be met through meeting the criteria for Urgent Need. The proposed project aims to alleviate existing conditions, which may pose a threat to the health or welfare of the community, as well as mitigate effects of future disasters. National Objective. This Project is funded with CDBG-NDR Funds, shall meet HUD’s LMI National Objective, and the Developer, itself, is obligated, and is also obligated to cause the Partnership, to fulfill this National Objective. To meet the LMI National Objective, Developer shall cause the Partnership to construct housing that is rented to and occupied by qualified LMI tenants after the City’s issuance of the certificate of occupancy relating to the Project for the duration of the Affordability Period.
National Objective. Subgrantee commits to achieve the National Objective of the Project and shall cause the Developer to commit to the same, and to maintain documentation as may be required by the Grant Agreement and otherwise necessary to clearly demonstrate that Subgrantee has achieved the National Objective.
National Objective. (a) All activities funded with CDBG-DR funds must meet the criteria for one of the CDBG program’s National Objectives. The Subrecipient certifies that the activities carried out under this Agreement shall meet the national objective to benefit low- and moderate-income persons. To meet this national objective, at least fifty-one (51) percent of participants served must meet low- and moderate- income requirements, in accordance with published HUD income limits, as updated annually and made available by HUD.
National Objective. Activities under the Program meet the national objective of benefitting low- and moderate-income persons through housing (LMH). The national objective will be achieved at the point when a project is occupied by at least 51% low- or moderate-income households.
