DISALLOWANCES OF PROGRAM COSTS BY IOCRA OR HUD. The Subrecipient agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Recipient from disallowances by the IOCRA or HUD of program costs incurred by the Subrecipient which arise from the Subrecipient’s performance of this Agreement due to the Subrecipient’s failure to meet a national objective of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program pursuant to 24 CFR 570.200(a)(2), 24 CFR 570.208, and 24 CFR 570.483, or for failure to comply with CDBG/HUD regulations or IOCRA regulatory requirements as determined by the IOCRA or HUD. The Subrecipient agrees to promptly repay the Recipient for all such disallowed costs incurred by the Subrecipient.
