Common use of Disaster Recovery and BCP Clause in Contracts

Disaster Recovery and BCP. Each party will maintain and operate and shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that all material subcontractors shall maintain and operate contingency, business continuity and disaster recovery facilities and procedures for the purposes of performing its obligations under this Agreement consistent with the facilities and procedures maintained and operated by such party in respect of its business generally.
