Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan. The Servicer shall maintain contingency plans, recovery plans and proper risk controls to ensure Servicer's continued performance under this Agreement. The Servicer agrees to make available to the Owner's regulators information regarding such plans as requested by such regulators.
