Disaster Recovery Test Plan and Schedule. Within three (3) months after the Commencement Date, the MSI shall develop and provide a consolidated disaster recovery test plan and schedule in accordance with the approach outlined in Exhibit 16. The disaster recovery test plan and schedule shall be updated annually thereafter.
