Implementation Schedule. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.
Implementation Schedule. The implementation schedule shall clearly identify all project milestones, be capable of assigning and monitoring the utilization of all resources assigned to the project and be fully suitable for reporting progress throughout the duration of each Project. When requested by the Owner, the implementation schedule shall be a computer based project management system that is capable of graphically depicting and tracking the duration, dependency and cost of each phase and/or task necessary to complete the Work Plan. Though each Project Proposal shall contain a Work Plan, Budget and Implementation Schedule as essential elements, the organization and structure of each detailed Project Proposal may vary dependent on the nature of each project and the specific services to be rendered. The Owner shall be the final determinant as to the acceptability of each Project Proposal. Actual Service shall be rendered on a Project by Project basis, each project being specifically and individually authorized by the Owner with issuance of a Purchase Order as detailed in Article 1.2. The cost for each Project shall be reflected as either lump sum or cost plus with a not-to-exceed maximum based on criteria set forth in Article 1.1.2.b at the Owner’s sole discretion.
Implementation Schedule. 3.8.1 AFS shall, within twenty (20) business days of receipt, review ACS’ cost proposal and implementation schedule. If ACS’ cost proposal and implementation schedule are acceptable to AFS, AFS will provide ACS with written approval of the cost estimate and implementation schedule and authorize ACS to perform the work. If AFS finds any of the costs or the schedule to be unreasonable, AFS shall notify ACS accordingly, identify those specific issues that it finds unreasonable, and give ACS the opportunity to substantiate or modify the costs or schedule to AFS’ satisfaction. If ACS and AFS cannot reach agreement on the proposal, AFS may request that ACS obtain competitive bids from ACS-approved contractors for the work. ACS will share the bid abstracts with AFS and the Parties will mutually agree to whom to award the bid.
3.8.2 AFS and ACS will complete an acceptance walk through of those portions of the collocation arrangement constructed by ACS. Any exceptions noted during this acceptance walkthrough which constitutes a material change from the mutually agreed upon collocation request and detailed site requirements shall be corrected within fifteen (15) days or such time as mutually agreed upon if fifteen (15) days is not reasonable.
Implementation Schedule. The Contractor shall provide an implementation project schedule as a document that highlights the tasks required to implement the State’s solution. It shall identify respective responsibilities and completion dates for each task. The schedule shall allow the State and Contractor to monitor the entire process and address related issues. The schedule shall be an active document and shall be updated frequently to reflect changing circumstances and implementation progress.

Implementation Schedule. 4.2.2.1. Standard Tandem Switching as described herein will be available as of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Implementation Schedule. 19.1.1 Upon approval by the Commission of the Interconnection Agreement or certification, whichever is later, CLEC agrees to notify SBC if they will not begin the process of providing telephone exchange service to business and/or residential customers within 60 (sixty) days within its certificated service area.

Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property as part of the City’s customary processes.
Implementation Schedule. The capacity associated with each Equipment transfer contemplated by the Equipment Purchase Agreement shall transfer at the time of Toshiba’s acquisition of the related Equipment, subject, however, to Section 3.6 of the Equipment Purchase Agreement. Subject to Sections 3.6 and 3.7(a) of the Equipment Purchase Agreement, depreciation and lease costs associated with the transferred equipment or capacity shall be borne by Toshiba immediately after the date of Toshiba’s acquisition of the related Equipment.
