Disbursement Not Waiver. The disbursement by Lenders of the Loan made prior to or without the fulfillment by Borrower of all of the conditions precedent thereto, whether or not known to Lenders, shall not constitute a waiver by Lenders of the requirement that all conditions, including the non-performed conditions, shall be satisfied.
