Common use of Disbursement of Loans Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Loans. Not later than 12:00 noon (New York time) on the date of any requested advance of a new Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, and not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time) on the date of any requested advance of a new Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, subject to Section 6 hereof, each Bank shall make available its Loan comprising part of such Borrowing in funds immediately available at the principal office of the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall make available to the Borrower Loans in the type of funds received by the Administrative Agent from the Banks.
