Common use of Disbursement of Loans Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Loans. Not later than 1:00 p.m. (Charlotte time) on the proposed borrowing date, each Lender will make available to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Borrower, at the office of the Administrative Agent in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent, such Lender's Commitment Percentage of the Loans to be made on such borrowing date. The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds to the deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent as identified in the most recent Notice of Account Designation substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto (a "Notice of Account Designation") delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent from time to time. Subject to Section 3.7 hereof, the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to disburse the amounts to be funded by a Lender pursuant to this Section 2.2 to the extent that such Lender has not made such amounts available to the Administrative Agent.

The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing Borrowing requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 2.02(d) in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds to the deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent as identified in the most recent Notice of Account Designation notice substantially in the form of Exhibit I C hereto (a "“Notice of Account Designation"”) delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or such other account as may be otherwise agreed upon designated in writing by the Borrower and to the Administrative Agent from time to time. Disbursement of Loans. Not later than 1:00 2:00 p.m. (Charlotte time) on the proposed borrowing date, each Lender will make available to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Borrower, at the office of the Administrative Agent in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent, such Lender's Commitment Percentage Pro Rata Share of the Loans to be made on such borrowing date. The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds (i) in the case of proceeds of Revolving Loans, to the deposit account Deposit Account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or by wire transfer to such Account as may be identified in the most recent Notice of Account Designation notice substantially in the form of Exhibit I K hereto (a "Notice of Account Designation") delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent from time to time and (ii) in the case of proceeds of L/C Loans, to the account of the Issuing Lender designated by the Issuing Lender to the Administrative Agent from time to time. Subject to Section 3.7 4.6 hereof, the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to disburse the amounts to be funded by a Lender portion of the proceeds of any Loan requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 to the extent that such any Lender has not made such amounts available to the Administrative AgentAgent its Pro Rata Share of such Loan.

Not later than 1:00 2:00 p.m. (Charlotte Chicago time) on the proposed borrowing date, each Lender will make available to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Borrower, at the office of the Administrative Agent in funds immediately available to the Administrative Agent, such Lender's Commitment Percentage ’s Ratable Share of the Loans to be made on such borrowing date. The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds to the deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent as identified in the most recent Notice of Account Designation notice substantially in the form of Exhibit I C hereto (a "“Notice of Account Designation"”) delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent from time to time. Subject to Section 3.7 hereof, the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to disburse the amounts to be funded by a Lender portion of the proceeds of the Loans requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 to the extent that such any Lender has not made such amounts available to the Administrative AgentAgent its Ratable Share of such Loan.

Disbursement of Loans. Subject to Section 3.7 hereof, the Administrative Agent shall not be obligated to disburse the amounts to be funded by a Lender portion of the proceeds of the Loans requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 to the extent that such any Lender has not made such amounts available to the Administrative Agent.Agent its Ratable Share of such Loan. The Borrower Borrowers hereby irrevocably authorizes authorize the Administrative Agent to disburse the proceeds of each borrowing requested pursuant to this Section 2.2 in immediately available funds by crediting or wiring such proceeds to the deposit account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent as Borrowers identified in the most recent Notice of Account Designation notice substantially in the form of Exhibit I C hereto (a "Notice of Account Designation") delivered by the Borrower Borrowers to the Administrative Agent or as may be otherwise agreed upon by the Borrower Borrowers and the Administrative Agent from time to time.
