Common use of Disbursement of Loans Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Loans. Not later than 1:00 p.m. (Cincinnati time) on the date of any requested advance of a new Borrowing, subject to Section 3 hereof, each Lender shall make available its Loan comprising part of such Borrowing in funds immediately available at the principal office of the Administrative Agent in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Administrative Agent shall make the proceeds of each new Borrowing available to the Borrower at the Administrative Agent’s principal office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Disbursement of Loans. Not later than 1:00 2:00 p.m. (Cincinnati time) on the date of any requested advance of a new Borrowing, subject to Section 3 hereof2, each Lender shall make available its Loan comprising part of such Borrowing in funds immediately available at the principal office of the Administrative Agent in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Administrative Agent shall make the proceeds of each new Borrowing available to the Borrower Borrowers at the Administrative Agent’s principal office in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Administrative Agent shall make promptly wire transfer the proceeds of each new Borrowing available of Revolving Loans to an account designated by the Borrower at in the Administrative Agent’s principal office in Cincinnati, Ohioapplicable notice of borrowing.

Not later than 1:00 p.m. (Cincinnati time) on the date of any requested advance of a new BorrowingClosing Date and each Delayed Draw Borrowing Date, subject in each case to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 hereof3, each Lender shall make available its Term Loan comprising part of such Borrowing in funds immediately available at the principal office of the Administrative Agent in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Administrative Agent shall make the proceeds of each new Borrowing available to the Borrower at the Administrative Agent’s principal office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
