Disbursement of Subgrant Proceeds. Upon satisfaction of the Conditions to Disbursement or written waiver thereof by the City, the City shall distribute the Subgrant Proceeds in monthly or quarterly installments, as requested by Vendor, in arrears, in order to compensate Vendor for the provision of Vendor’s Services under this Agreement. Requests for disbursements by Vendor shall be made by Vendor sending to the City, not more frequently than monthly nor less frequently than quarterly, a detailed invoice in a form specified and approved by the City.
