Common use of Disbursement of Swing Line Advances Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Swing Line Advances. Upon receiving any executed Request for Advance from the Borrower and the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.3 hereof, Agent may, at its option, make available to Borrower the amount so requested in Dollars on the date of such Advance, by credit to an account of Borrower maintained with Agent or to such other account or third party as the Borrower may reasonably direct in writing, subject to applicable law, provided such direction is timely given.
